Work With Me

This work is for people who feel the pull to understand themselves more clearly — especially in relationships — and are willing to engage with honesty, patience, and responsibility.

I don’t offer quick fixes or performative healing.
The work is quiet, embodied, and relational. We pay attention to patterns, nervous-system responses, and the places where self-respect and connection either strengthen or break down.

If it feels aligned, here are the ways we can work together.

1:1 Work

Private one-to-one work is for those navigating personal or relational challenges and wanting a grounded space to explore them more deeply.

Sessions focus on:

  • emotional and relational patterns

  • self-regulation and embodiment

  • clarity around boundaries, needs, and self-trust

  • learning how to relate more cleanly to yourself and others

This is not about being fixed or coached toward an outcome.
It’s about understanding what’s happening — and responding differently from a more grounded place.

Education & Courses

I also offer educational material designed to support deeper self-understanding and relational clarity over time.

These offerings may include:

  • structured courses

  • guided reflections

  • recorded teachings

  • written material

Education is meant to be integrated slowly, not consumed quickly.
More details will be shared as they become available.

Your Questions, Answered

  • No. This work isn’t therapy, and it isn’t coaching toward specific outcomes. It’s a relational and embodied exploration focused on understanding patterns, responses, and self-respect.

  • It’s for people who are reflective, self-aware, and willing to engage honestly with themselves and their relationships. If you’re looking for quick fixes or step-by-step formulas, this likely won’t be a fit.

  • Sessions are conversational, grounded, and responsive to what’s present. We explore what you’re navigating and how you relate to it — emotionally, physically, and relationally.

  • No. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to reflect are enough.

  • If something here resonates but you’re unsure, that’s often a good place to start. You’re welcome to reach out with questions before deciding.
