I don’t offer quick fixes or performative healing.
The work is quiet, embodied, and relational. We pay attention to patterns, nervous-system responses, and the places where self-respect and connection either strengthen or break down.

1:1 Work

Private one-to-one work is for those navigating personal or relational challenges and wanting a grounded space to explore them more deeply.

Sessions focus on:

  • emotional and relational patterns

  • self-regulation and embodiment

  • clarity around boundaries, needs, and self-trust

  • learning how to relate more cleanly to yourself and others

This is not about being fixed or coached toward an outcome.
It’s about understanding what’s happening — and responding differently from a more grounded place.

Single Clarity Session

A precision session for women who feel stuck, overthinking, or quietly exhausted.

This is a one-off, 60-minute session designed to bring orientation and truth, not emotional processing or motivation.

We identify:

  • Where energy is leaking

  • What’s being over-managed or over-held

  • What your nervous system is protecting you from—and why

You leave with clarity you can feel, not advice you need to remember.

Women who want to understand what’s happening before deciding what—if anything—comes next.

1:1 Intensive — 6 Sessions

A stabilizing container for restoring dignity, regulation, and self-trust.

This work is for women who are capable, strong, and tired of holding everything together.

Over six sessions, we focus on:

  • Restoring dignity where self-abandonment has become normal

  • Building nervous system regulation that doesn’t rely on control

  • Re-establishing choice in relationships, work, and emotional labor

This is not catharsis or mindset coaching.
It is steady, precise work that reduces internal noise and emotional over-functioning.

Best for:
Women who feel functional but strained—and want to stop surviving on competence alone.

1:1 Journey — 12 Sessions

A deep integration process where receiving becomes safe and power becomes quiet.

This container is for women who are ready to live differently, not just understand themselves better.

Across twelve sessions, we:

  • Integrate dignity at the identity level

  • Establish regulation as a baseline, not a practice

  • Open the capacity to receive support, intimacy, and leadership without collapse or vigilance

This is not about becoming softer or stronger.
It’s about becoming settled.
